went to the des moines tri sunday. it was pretty cool. got to see hot chix swimmin and runnin and bikin. this was the lead group
while on my beer tour of the tri i ran into this crazy guy. must of had to much sun?

well it was a good time. i had fun thats. i guess thats all that matters i suppose
