well now that i got all that "anger" out its time to get back to it
titties is back in ames now which rocks. he moved into an apt. down in ames and we call it the casa da titties. i brought him a little house warmin gift. i think he liked it alittle to much.

now that hes a little closer i have been haven the chance to rip his legs off and get him back in shape. heres one of my ill fated attemps but i did make him bleed his own blood.
ah.... look at the pain hes in. but i guess thats what you get for not ridin all summer.
we been hittin up some sweet venues for some concert action as well. to bad that place didnt have a frost brewed liner it was damn hot at the 311 concert.

the next day was the tour de webster. team 14 took top one threw seven or eight i dont know. paul got some jewelry

noonan got second and i took the gold. i think everyone was shocked at my result.

well thats all for now. got to take a little break.....well i guess not to long. puttin the road bike away and buildin the cross bike up. yeah! not only yeah but oh yeah.

I LOVE CROSS SEASON!!! u should too. just come out and try it. if not try it support it. come out and give me beer hand ups while im bring up the rear. you know ill drink it.
